Tried and tested dimpled membrane with fleece
Are you searching for a dimpled sheet with a laminated filter fabric? If so, Gutta’s dimpled sheet with fleece has the answer. The sheeting makes it possible to lay long-lasting and reliable drainage mats in the blink of an eye. The special design of Gutta’s dimpled sheeting with fleece ensures that the dimple remains free of dirt and mud at all times. The dimpled membrane thus ensures effective drainage at all time, guaranteeing long-term, reliable drainage for your home. The drainage mat is highly pressure-, tear-, and root-resistant – an ideal combination for foundation insulation as well as perimeter insulation.
Long-lasting and environmentally friendly
Gutta dimpled sheet holds many additional ecological and economic advantages: The material is resistant to abrasion and rotting, and is toxicologically benign. It is drinking water neutral and resistant to chemicals, making it a safe option for numerous applications around your home. At the same time, the membrane’s air paths allow significantly more seepage water to drain off than is the case with conventional dimpled membranes. The result? Effective drainage under a wide variety of conditions; even on slopes, for example.
Versatility, from perimeter insulation to roof greening
With an efficient drainage system, Gutta dimpled sheet with fleece is an ideal choice for numerous applications around the house, from the basement to the roof. You can easily and safely lay dimpled membrane by yourself:
- when sealing with bitumen coatings or sealing slurries
- for drainage systems on water-impermeable floors or slopes
- in conjunction with perimeter insulation
- as a component of roof greening
Laying dimpled membrane with fleece yourself
Laying dimpled sheet is simple. When doing so, it is important to ensure that the dimples are facing the wall. The dimpled membrane is laid with its fleece facing with the soil. Vertical laying is also possible. When laying a new strip, make sure that strips overlap by at least 10 cm. Pipe outlets or window openings, for example, can be cut out with a hooked blade. Depending on the substrate, you can easily fasten the dimpled sheeting with assembly dowels from Gutta. Finally, you should use the cover profile. To ensure optimal air circulation, mount the cover profile at a distance of 10 mm from the top of the dimpled sheeting.
