Build your own aluminium greenhouse: It’s that easy

Construction, practically without tools
With our tried and tested aluminium constructions, you can build a greenhouse yourself using almost no tools: you only need two wrenches to connect the aluminium profiles with the 6 mm thick wall sheets made of specialised transparent plastic. The aluminium is shaped so that the wall sheets can be easily and quickly inserted. Additional glass retaining clips are not required. The structure’s ingenious design not only makes for quick assembly and disassembly, but also provides excellent durability, even in storms, wind and weather! The 6 mm thick special hollow chamber panes provide an ideal climate for your plants. Greenhouse doors are conveniently divided into two parts, and each greenhouse comes with either one or two removable skylights – depending on their size – to let in fresh air on warm, sunny days.
Alu greenhouse with foundation: Durable and stable
Give your new aluminium greenhouse increased stability by screwing it to a concrete or masonry foundation following assembly. Alternatively, an aluminium foundation is available that allows the greenhouse to be easily moved. A foundation is recommended in either case – that way friends will visit your new greenhouse for a long time to come! Longevity, guaranteed: With a 15-year warranty on construction and aluminium profiles and a 10 year warranty against discoloration of the plastic panes, our aluminium greenhouse is sure to enrich your garden over the long term.
Selecting the right-sized greenhouse for your garden
Gutta offers greenhouses suitable for a wide range of applications and garden requirements. Simply choose between five sizes ranging from three and a half to over ten square meters depending on your individual needs and available free space. The gable ends at the entrance and back are identical for all models: Each structure is 2.30 meters wide, has an eaves height of 1.30 meters and a ridge height of two meters, so that you can work comfortably while standing. The length can be varied between one and a half and almost four and a half meters as desired. You’ll see: A two-part 73 cm wide door opening is another highly practical advantage. The structure contains many other thoughtful details, however: The ergonomically shaped door handles, say, or the work surfaces and the numerous shelves that can be attached at will, thereby significantly expanding the volume of your greenhouse. Choosing the right location for your new aluminium greenhouse
The benefits a greenhouse will bring to the casual gardener depend above all on a suitable location: To ensure that as much natural light as possible enters, a north-south orientation is ideal. The selected area should be level and solid. It is better if the location receives as much protection from the wind as possible, as this prevents excessive cooling inside. Another important factor: Local building regulations should be strictly observed, such as maintaining the proper minimum distance to neighbouring property. In this way you can enjoy your garden free of worry.
