Polyester corrugated sheets

Long-lasting and affordable: Polyester corrugated sheets

Are you looking for a long-lasting, durable, and cost-effective roofing solution? If so, our polyester corrugated sheets are the answer. They are easy to lay but practically indestructible, and deliver unrivalled value for the money. The sheets allow for light translucence, although without providing a transparent view. This makes our polyester corrugated sheets ideally suited to commercial buildings, sheds, and similar structures.

Basic quality Glass-reinforced polyester resin (GRP) Durable and inexpensive Practically indestructible, easy to lay Translucent without a transparent view Also available in a roll

Easy to lay, simply good

A simple, affordable, and versatile roofing solution: Our polyester corrugated sheets can be found wherever unhindered viewing is not absolutely necessary for either visual or aesthetic reasons. Ideally suited for:

  • Sheds and warehouses
  • Protective roofs
  • Shelters
  • Agriculture
  • Light strips
  • Roof and wall

Also available as a roll, you can easily lay this durable and resistant roofing by yourself.

Tried and tested for decades: For practically indestructible roofing

Reinforced with fiberglass, polyester is a composite material that has proven itself for decades as a top choice in roofing and wall covering. This inexpensive building material is distinguished by its superior weather resistance. Its UV stability also ranks above average. But that’s not all: Polyester is also highly durable, translucent without causing glare and ages extremely well.

The advantage? Our polyester profile plates are inexpensive and easy to work with. Please note that due to the use of glass fibre, polyester is almost indestructible but is not completely transparent. This should be taken into consideration during planning and application.

Laying polyester corrugated sheets

Following a few basic instructions, laying polyester corrugated sheets is easy. Our panels are suitable for a wide variety of roofs. Standard roof pitch is 10°, with a minimum of 7°. For a substructure, use wooden slats measuring 40 x 60 mm, or a metal structure. The distances between the slates should measure max. 50 cm; in regions with above-average snow or wind loads, a proportionate reduction in distance is recommended. Please observe all assembly instructions to ensure the safety and durability of your installation!

Warranty for durable roofing

The warranty for our polyester corrugated sheets is regulated by the BGB. Depending on the weather, the transparency and flexibility of the panels may decrease more or less within the warranty period. Deviations in color and size, etc. within usual tolerances are reserved. Observe local building regulations. Our recommendations do not exempt customers from an obligation to verify the product independently. In case of doubt, we advise expert consultation.
