Transparent polystyrene sheets: Solid and durable
Gutta’s high translucency polystyrene sheets are available in a variety of designs, both smooth or textured. These sturdy panels allow you to beautify your home according to your designs, and install plastic glazing. The plastic sheets are suitable indoors for cost-effective accents and increased light entry. Tried and tested areas of application include room partitions in dining and living areas, door panels, glazing for cabinets and shelves, as well as separations in sanitary areas, such as for shower glazing.
Polystyrene glass: Durable and chic at the same time
Wherever light transmission and durability are requirements, Gutta’s panels made of high-quality thermoplastic are the right choice. Polystyrene glass is a truly tough material suitable for a variety of purposes, whether for doors, in the bathroom or the kitchen. It is elastic, malleable when warm and does not splinter. The breaking strength is about ten times higher than normal glass of the same thickness. At the same time, polystyrene glass is distinguished by its translucency (up to 93 percent) and great variety of decorative structures, allowing you to set customised accents in your interiors.

Tips for using polystyrene correctly
Easy to work with, solid, unbreakable and also cost-effective. Polystyrene sheets from Gutta offer numerous advantages. For separating or cutting, it is best to use a hand or table saw with a fine-toothed blade. An important tip: Remove the protective film only after use! Drilling is possible either with the Gutta plastic drill or standard metal drills. Place a wooden pad under the drill site. For gluing, please use an adhesive suitable for polystyrene.
